Access Control Project Technician - Cincinnati, OH

We’re looking for Access Control Project Technicians who excel in project management, blueprint reading, and cable certification for large-scale commercial projects. Join our team, work night shifts (10 PM - 7 AM, Sunday through Thursday), and travel extensively nationwide to make an impact in cutting-edge technology and secure system implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Lead and execute structured cabling projects, including closet build-outs, cable certification, and installation of CAT6 and related equipment.
• Blueprint Utilization: Interpret and implement blueprints and site maps to ensure accurate system installations.
• Team Leadership: Manage small teams of 2-3 technicians, ensuring efficient and timely project completion.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently, maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the process.

• Schedule Flexibility: Responsibilities to work night shifts (10 PM - 7 AM, Sunday through Thursday).
