About Us:
ALM KIA SOUTH, a high-volume and well-established dealership in South Atlanta, is seeking a results-driven Automotive Internet Sales Manager to lead and grow our online sales operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, Train & Motivate an internet sales team to drive online inquiries, lead conversions, and sales closures.
- Drive Digital Sales: Manage and optimize the dealership’s online presence, including website, social media, and third-party platforms to generate leads and sales opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Oversee and refine lead generation processes, ensuring timely and effective follow-up to convert the over 2,000 monthly internet sales leads into sales.
- Set & Achieve Goals: Establish performance benchmarks for the team and consistently hit sales targets through digital channels.
- Monitor & Analyze Metrics: Track online performance and sales analytics to identify trends, improve processes, and boost conversion rates.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and customer-focused online buying process that leads to high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to improve online presence, optimize digital marketing efforts, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Manage Online Inventory: Ensure accurate, up-to-date vehicle listings and manage online promotions effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as an Internet Sales Manager or in a similar digital sales leadership role in the automotive industry.
- Digital Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital sales tools, CRMs (Tekion, CDK, Route One preferred), and social media marketing.
- Proven Success: A track record of success in managing and growing internet sales, preferably in a high-volume dealership setting.
- Leadership & Coaching: Strong ability to lead and coach a team of internet sales representatives to success.
