Project Manager
Full-time
Our team is looking for someone who can help us create fantastic renovations.
Your Role
- Manage Residential Remodeling Projects
- Perform Daily Site visits in person
- Ensure “smooth and safe” projects by pre-planning and scheduling projects flawlessly.
- Be a great communicator, be able to communicate well with homeowners, team members, and trade partners.
- Utilize our Project Management software for scheduling & communication.
- Work with Trade Partners on bids, schedules, site management, etc..
- Manage projects budgets
- Work with Homeowners and designer on selections
- Provide quality control. Make sure all projects are produced correctly without defects.
Qualifications
- General knowledge of all phases of construction
- Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License (or obtain within 6 months of starting position.)
- Technologically savvy, able to proficiently communicate via email and learn web-based software.
- Experience with Builder Trend is a plus.
- Proven leadership skills.

- Strong Communication Skills: Written and verbal
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Construction knowledge & experience
- Ability to read schematics, contracts, and blueprints'
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills to address tenant issues or property maintenance concerns
- Good driving record and valid MA driver’s license
- Desire to grow with the team
Compensation
Starting Range: $35-39 per hour
