Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while serving a variety of beverages and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the Aloha POS system.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, particularly during catering events.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol service.
- Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques, customer service standards, and POS operations.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with retail math is essential.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create positive interactions with guests.
- Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- A passion for mixology and willingness to learn new techniques and drink recipes.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
