What You'll Do:
As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to:
- Lead Daily Operations: Oversee customer service, sales processes, and store performance.
- Inspire and Develop Staff: Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Drive Sales Goals: Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage Inventory: Ensure stock levels are maintained and merchandise is well-organized.
- Problem-Solve: Address customer concerns and operational challenges with confidence.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 5 years in retail/customer service and 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform tasks requiring bending and twisting.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills are a must.
- Compliance: Valid TB Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
