Job Title: Concrete Mason
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Concrete Mason to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in masonry work, a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform masonry tasks, including laying bricks, concrete blocks, and stone.

Mix and prepare mortar or grout as needed.

Build and repair structures such as walls, sidewalks, foundations, and other concrete or masonry surfaces.

Ensure work is completed in compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading supplies.

Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.

Keep the worksite clean and organized.
Requirements:

Valid Driver's License.

1 year of experience in masonry work and/or deep foundation is a plus.

Strong ownership of work and accountability.

Good communication skills with crew, managers, and customers.

Ability to work efficiently in varying weather conditions and challenging environments.

Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
Working Conditions:

Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, dust, and construction noise.

Use of heavy tools and equipment.

Frequent lifting, bending, and physical labor.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Full-time position.

Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:30 pm (40 hours per week), with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
Pay Range:

$20 - $30 per hour, depending on experience.
Travel:

Travel to and from job sites and material suppliers as needed.

Outer island travel may be required based on project demands.
