We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform tasks involving physical labor on foundation repair projects or building envelope repair work. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform strenuous manual labor on construction projects.

Concrete demo and pick up of demo concrete.

Mix grout and/or concrete.

Assist in all aspects of construction work.

Maintain a clean job site by securing tools, equipment, and materials daily.

Perform material handling and storage.
-
Load and unload trucks; haul and hoist materials.

Work from swing stages on high- and low-rise buildings.

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Ability to obtain security clearance for federal job sites.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License.

1 year of experience in masonry work and/or deep foundation is a plus.

Strong ownership of work and accountability.

Good communication skills with crew, managers, and customers.
Working Conditions:

Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and varying weather conditions.

Work on construction sites with loud noise levels.

Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Physical Requirements:

Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands for handling materials.

Frequently lift or move materials weighing 20-75 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
Travel:

Travel to and from job sites and stores as needed.

Outer island travel may be required depending on project schedules.
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Working knowledge of construction practices.
Compensation:

Pay range: $18 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.
