The Law Firm of Aloia Roland seeks a fulltime, in-office Human Resources Manager for its Fort Myers, FL Headquarters.
Reporting to the Firm’s Director of Administration, the successful candidate will, at a minimum possess:
- At least three years experience directly handling all day-to-day HR duties for a small to medium-sized business including:
- Hiring and exiting
- Benefits management
- General personnel matters (vacation, illness, remote work needs)
- Conflict resolution
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or management
- A strong drive and the ability to work in a high-energy environment
- Plusses include:
- Master’s degree in human resource or MBA
- HR experience in a professional services firm (law, medical, dental, accounting)
Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
