Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a team of engineers and designers in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. This role requires a strong background in project management, with an emphasis on effective project controls and minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management:
• Oversee project costs in collaboration with Engineering Resource Leaders, accurately estimating and managing man-hours to achieve project goals.
• Manage commercial contracts, ensuring timely invoicing, processing of Project Change Notices, and adherence to project plans.
• Track and manage budget, schedule, and quality commitments, leveraging project tools for efficient control and reporting.
• Client and Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate scope and design changes, fostering a positive change management environment.
• Maintain client relationships to ensure successful project closeouts and potential future service opportunities.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and coordinate project resources, conduct weekly team meetings, and ensure adherence to project processes.
• Build a cohesive project team, promoting collaboration and accountability across all roles.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Review engineering documents to ensure compliance with project and industry standards.
• Manage client documentation requirements and provide support throughout the construction phase.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Certifications:
• Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience:
• 15 years in engineering and project management, with proven expertise in project execution and engineering standards.
• Skills:
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
