Note: Role calls for good knowledge in MM with SQL experience to analyse the query for data extraction from various supplier collaboration tools to ECC.
Job Summary:
The role involves supporting/minor enhancements for the current toolset within Lam. This includes various supplier collaboration tools like SAP Portal- Buyer/Supplier/CMO/CMT/MyLam/TMS DB.
Some of them are for SAP Portal(understanding and hands on experience SAP MM or PP) and other MyLam Applications are .Net/SQL based ones.
Skill set needed to support this role:
To support these applications, we need the resource to have basic hands-on experience to understand/operate Standard and Custom T-Codes. Standard knowledge on Info Records, Source List, Demand and Supply elements and how they are transformed to be consumed within downstream applications.
Fundamental knowledge on web applications, ex: Supplier Doc Viewer. How Source List is tied to parts, how BOM explodes, how Forecast 3 works. Since these applications use heavy custom SQl's, we need someone who can review the SQL code and translate or explain the functional side of the code. Why and how they have developed a code to solve a functional problem. How different systems interact with each other. iPLM, SIP applications, Part documents retrievals, Sub Tier Management, MDM interoperability, Share point knowledge etc.,
