What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Full Charge Bookkeeper position at Alpha Print Services?
About Us:
We’re a local print shop looking for a bookkeeper who can work on-site at our office 4-8 hours a week or every other week. You will take over for our retiring bookkeeper and the books are in good shape.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a full charge bookkeeper.
Proficiency in Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
Must be able to work on-site in Round Rock.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Prepare and process invoices and receipts.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
Track accounts payable and receivable.
Provide general administrative support related to finance and accounting.
Work Hours:
Part-time position: 4 hours each week or 8 hours every other week in person.
Flexible schedule within regular office hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Pick your day to come in and work!
