Altaquip, founded in 1997, has become one of the largest providers of commercial and consumer equipment service in the U.S. We offer services on a number of product categories, such small engine repair and outdoor power and lawn maintenance. Altaquip services over 100 manufacturer’s brands including Craftsman, Briggs & Stratton, Toro, Caterpillar, Husqvarna, Ariens, Generac, EGO, Greenworks and MTD, to name a few.The Customer Service Representative/Third Party Admin is responsible for providing excellent customer service as well as outbound and inbound calls.
Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative/Third Party Admin is responsible for the following tasks. Additional tasks may be added or deleted at management’s discretion.
- Professional communication with current customers, service centers, and third-party service providers.
- Return communication regarding customer satisfaction and service.
- Calls to original equipment manufacturers and part vendors.
- Inbound customer service calls.
- Provide customers with information including estimates and status updates.
- Creation of invoices and estimates as required.
Other Responsibilities
- Provide reports and information to management as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills Requirement
- High School diploma/GED
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive and optimistic outlook
- Proper phone techniques/etiquette
- Competency with Microsoft Products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working Conditions
- The Customer Service Representative/Third Party Admin will work in an office environment. The ability to move and lift up to 25 pounds is required.

Salary range of $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, DOE.
