Job Description
The Operational Excellence Consultant will be responsible for:
- Assessing and analyzing current business processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize business processes and increase efficiency
- Providing guidance and support to teams and individuals in implementing process improvements
- Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate employees on process improvement methodologies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements
- Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of process improvements and making adjustments as necessary
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in process improvement or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
- Experience with project management and change management
- Willingness to travel as needed
