We are seeking a Billing Representative to support the accurate and timely billing of our transportation services. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and sales to manage customer accounts effectively.

- Ensure the accurate invoicing of transportation services provided to customers.
- Issue and distribute invoices via email or mail promptly.
- Respond to and resolve billing-related inquiries and disputes from customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer information, rates, and communications.
- Support the team with additional duties as assigned.
- Proven experience as a billing representative or in a similar role, preferably in transportation or logistics.
