A local company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have prior experience in administrative roles. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. This is a temporary position that will transition to a permanent position.
Hours
Full-time, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
Location
Honolulu, Oahu
Pay
$18 an hour
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Finalize fee proposals and email them to clients.
- Send contract documents and ensure signed copies are returned from clients.
- Prepare and maintain job folders.
- Assemble submittal packets for qualification to bid on government solicitations.
- Book travel arrangements for staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
