Job Summary
We are seeking two reliable, flexible, and patient Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist two enthusiastic teenagers. The ideal candidate will support daily living activities (ADLs) including dressing, chore assistance, and leisure outings such as bowling, mini-golf, aquarium visits, zoo trips, swimming, and walks. The ideal candidate should have experience/education working with individuals with intellectual disabilities to achieve independence. The DSP should be a creative thinker, disciplined, organized, understanding, fun to be around, and a good problem solver. Overall, we need a DSP that can help them enjoy and explore all that life has to offer. If you have one of the needed qualifications below please apply.

Qualifications:
Experience working with persons with disabilities is a plus.
Clear criminal background and child abuse check.
· Possession of a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Ability to work independently but effectively as a team member.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Some computer skills are required.
- Strong work ethic. Reliable, dependable.
- Commitment to equality for all individuals.
- Daily documentation and service notes to be completed.
Must have one of the degrees/certifications below:
RN/LPN
NADD Competency-Based Clinical Certification
NADD Competency-Based Dual Diagnosis Certification
NADD Competency-Based Support Professional Certification
Registered Behavior Technician
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
CNA
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $33.50 - $35.82 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends only
