Alveo is looking for a skilled manufacturing professional who will be a valued member of our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be part of a small and growing team of manufacturing staff, working to meet supply requirements while meeting our high-quality standards
Key Responsibilities:
Be part of team of production experts in a GMP manufacturing Clean Environment Room (CER).
Check and maintain cleanliness and conditions within the CER, able to follow all CER protocols and cleaning procedures, and follow good GMP and GDP.
Read, understand, and follow documented manufacturing instructions and work flows with attention to detail, precision, and care while collecting necessary product and quality data.
Maintain workflow at set cadence to ensure that daily output goals are achieved.
Expertise with precision assembly, demonstrated attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude that includes use of small hand tools.
Capable of operating semi-automated and automated machinery.
Maintain and complete manufacturing records physically and/or electronically.
Adhere to the existing programs and processes to deliver products that consistently meet specifications and quality requirements.
Capable of executing regular maintenance checks and regular cleaning of machinery in addition to cleaning and preparing the CER before each shift.
Participate in training and process improvement (kaizen) activities.
Ensure consistent record-keeping in the Quality Management System (QMS), product lifecycle management (PLM) software, and enterprise resource planning(ERP) system.
Adhere to best safety practices and documented procedures to ensure a safe working environment, including use of PPE.
Qualifications:
2 Years related experience; Previous experience working in a CER preferred.
High school graduate or equivalent. Technical training or associates degree preferred.
High attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
Flexible in changing work activities.
Physical Requirements:
Good hand dexterity, able to perform precise tasks using tools such as tweezers or other hand tools.
Able to work in CER.
This is a non-exempt, hourly position. The rate of pay is $23.08 - $27.07 per hour
