Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role as a Hybrid BCBA at Always Shining ABA located in Elizabeth, NJ, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Hybrid BCBA, you will be responsible for providing Applied Behavior Analysis services to support children and families. Your tasks will include conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and monitoring progress.

Qualifications

Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Experience in providing ABA services to children and families
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of evidence-based practices in ABA
