Responsible for running day-to-day operations: scheduling, cleaning, training employees, inventory, and quality standards. Serve as a mentor and create a unified team through motivation and training. Carry out Amato’s commitment to deliver exceptional quality and customer service.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
· Ability to enhance relationships with customers and employees.
· Ability to resolve issues and concerns.
· Ability to lead by example, establishing open lines of communication.
· Ability to train and develop productive employees.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Knowledge of the food industry.
· Effective problem solving skills.
· Ability to work for several hours standing and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Experience:
· 2 years in the food industry a plus but not necessary
· Previous experience managing a team
· Servesafe training is a plus but not necessary
