Amatus Health is Hiring a Business Development Representative Near Concord, NH

Join our Team as a Business Development Representative! You'll identify, develop and capture new client acquisition sources that yield material impact to the overall company objectives. Successful execution in this position will result in incremental market share gain, increased brand awareness, thought leadership and meaningful community engagement.

What you'll do:

  • Effectively represent the company's behavioral healthcare services to stakeholders in assigned territory yielding quantifiable results.
  • Develop working relationships with stakeholders who have the capacity to refer eligible and appropriate individuals to behavioral healthcare services. Stakeholders include but are not limited to Crisis Intervention Services, Private Counselors, Social Workers, Case Managers, Discharge Planners, Physicians, Psychiatrists, Nurses, Court Systems, Urgent Care Centers, First Responders, Attorneys, Employee Assistance Professionals, Labor Unions, Pastors / Clergy, Local Governments, etc.
  • Consistently deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders in assigned territory. Meaningful interactions include, but are not limited to, cold call canvassing, face-to-face meetings, facility tours, literature drop-off, email exchanges, etc.
    • Conduct at least five (5) to seven (7) quality presentations per month.
    • Productively interacts with at least five (5) stakeholders per day.
    • At least two (2) of five (5) interactions shall be new stakeholder prospects.
  • Promptly respond to communication from both internal / external stakeholders to satisfy essential functions of the position.
  • Engage with colleagues in a manner that enhances the work environment and the client experience.
  • Available to interact with stakeholders outside of normal business hours as appropriate.
  • Occasional overnight travel as necessary. *

QUALIFICATIONS

To successfully fulfill this role, the individual shall perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and execute general correspondence. Ability to orate effectively before large and small groups of peers, leadership, and key stakeholders. Ability to interpret KPI data and calculate simple math equations.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to critically address complex challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, CRM, EMR, Video Conferencing tools, and other technology used to enhance remote engagement.
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of demonstrated experience and/or training in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid Driver's License (Unrestricted)
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Multitasking ability
  • Unrestricted ability to travel (plane / train / automobile)
  • Technologically savvy
  • Documentation and reporting
  • Knowledge of U.S. Healthcare System, Behavioral Healthcare Services Delivery, and General Health Benefits Administration within this sector.
