A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN - MANAGER

You coordinate like a maestro, orchestrating the seamless operation of machinery, overseeing project progress, and keeping everyone focused on the end goal. From managing subcontractors to maintaining quality control, your keen eye and strategic thinking ensure that each project is a masterpiece of construction. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN - MANAGER
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of heavy equipment operating experience
- Must have the ability to read blueprints and shoot grades
- Construction management experience
- Experience in interpreting contracts
- Excavation construction experience
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
YOUR WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
