Job Description: ETL Architect cum Onshore Project Manager

Position Summary:
· Architect, implement, and manage ETL solutions using AWS services, including AWS Glue, Athena, and S3, to meet client requirements effectively.
· Work onsite at the client location, building strong relationships and a deep understanding of the client’s business needs, challenges, and objectives.
· Lead and oversee data pipeline design and deployment, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
· Act as the primary client liaison, providing proactive updates and maintaining a clear communication channel.
· Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to achieve high-quality outcomes and ensure project alignment.
· Support and provide guidance on PySpark and other data engineering tools for efficient data transformations and processing.
· Anticipate and address project risks and roadblocks to maintain smooth project progression.
Qualifications:
· 7-10 years of IT experience, with strong expertise in AWS cloud services and ETL solutions.
· In-depth knowledge of AWS Glue, Athena, and data processing on S3.
· Familiarity with PySpark is an added advantage.
· Proven ability to engage with clients effectively, understand their pulse, and deliver tailored solutions.
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and onshore project management skills.
