The position includes the following tasks :
- Resolution of inbound calls from Patients, Aides, and Contracts
- Outbound follow up calls to Patients, Aides, and Contracts
- Document, maintain, and manage patient / aide files
- Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and internal policies and procedures
