Business Analyst I (Contingent)

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Amazon via Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Amazon.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to formulate systems that align with overall business strategies. They should possess a solid understanding of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field and be able to work effectively based on instructions and pre-established guidelines. Additionally, the candidate will be part of a team responsible for managing a generative AI chatbot on an AWS website.

Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs
• Formulate systems to align with overall business strategies
• Manage a generative AI chatbot on an AWS website
• Analyze data from the chatbot to understand user behavior and usage metrics
• Assist in training data analysis derived from the chatbot

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency in data analysis
• Familiarity with AI technologies is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics/ Statistics/ Computer Science or related field
• 1-3 years experience

Pay Range $30 - $34 per hour
