SQL Developer

Position Summary: The SQL Developer is responsible for designing scalable, robust solutions to automate business processes to support the company's objectives. This position will play a key role in new database development efforts underway and must be a skilled T-SQL developer. Will assist in building/enhancing a data warehouse for senior leadership dashboard reporting on key business metrics and will redesign existing processes in a more efficient manner. Help identify opportunities for increased revenue and areas of lost revenue.

Essential Duties:

• Excellent T-SQL coding skills, efficient and thoughtful script design
• Must be self-motivated
• Excellent problem solving abilities
• Relational database design experience
• ETL experience using SQL Server Data Tools, mid-level to advanced ETL design methodology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven success in project implementations
• Ability to accurately estimate project time frames and complete deliverables on time and as planned
• Other duties as assigned

• Assist in identifying and evaluating technology opportunities

Position Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience developing complex solutions in Microsoft SQL Server. A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or additional work experience.

Preferred:

• Prior healthcare industry experience
• Experience working with large datasets
• Data warehousing
• SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
• Qlik Sense experience
