Position Overview:
At Ambia Solar, our Inside Sales Consultants are at the forefront of helping homeowners transition from traditional power sources to clean, cost-effective solar energy. You’ll meet with potential customers face-to-face, educating and inspiring them to adopt solar solutions while earning their trust and business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to potential customers’ homes to conduct personalized consultations and present tailored solar energy solutions.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and increased property value.
- Convert warm leads into sales while generating additional opportunities through networking, door-to-door efforts, and referrals.
- Manage and nurture your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate sales notes and updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to installation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a consultative, in-person role.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Professional and personable demeanor with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Sales experience in solar is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
