Assistant Property Manager Qualifications / Skills:
- Motivation for sales, proven leadership and ability to build teams
- Strong networking and marketing abilities
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Competence with office management software
- Professionalism; superior interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse personalities with tact and maturity
- Internal communications abilities
- Social Media marketing experience
- Successful keeping occupancy high while maintaining a low delinquency.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1-3 years’ experience in multi-family property management
- Solid knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience with Property Management Software Applications
