Job Summary:
Ambo Properties is looking for an Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and a passion for customer service. Class A Property management experience preferred.
Essential Functions:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the property
- Assist with leasing and leasing staff
- Assist with troubleshooting issues that arise during occupancy
- Maintain contact lists, ensure tenants are contacted when maintenance is scheduled
- Respond to tenant questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with tenants regarding maintenance needs, any upgrades or other requests
- Maintain a clean and organized property according to our Core Values of Respect, Respect, Respect, Respect, Policies and Procedures
- Follow all applicable health and safety laws and standards including but not limited to OSHA, HOA, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager
Required Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team depending on the needs of the property
