ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current customers through regular communication and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customers' business goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Present product information and demonstrate its value, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and promotional strategies to meet retail partner objectives.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and fostering long-term business relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently striving to increase revenue and market share.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand awareness and expand the retail partner network.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the convenience industry or a related field.
- Solid understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
