Job Overview :
We are seeking full-time sales professionals for our Project (multi-family new construction) division. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field or 3 years of experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-production environment. Knowledge of the flooring or construction industry and experience using RFMS and / or Structure software systems is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and facilitate the execution of client programs and project specifications, ensuring quality project completion in support of our operations team.
- Maintain deep relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and needs.
- Develop and grow a book of new business and existing accounts under your command.
- Influence, delegate, and communicate effectively in a deadline-driven environment, ensuring sound planning, exceptional service, and solid client relationships.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of activities carried out on behalf of assigned clients; adjust plans as necessary to produce results.
- Meet monthly with the management team to share the status of accounts and troubleshoot any challenges.
- Travel as needed throughout the Greater Columbus area.
