We are looking for a Sales Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the below qualifications.

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Interest in Flooring and Design
A genuine interest in flooring materials and design trends.
Customer Service Skills
Ability to communicate effectively and provide a positive customer experience.
Basic Computer Skills
Proficiency in using software applications such as Microsoft Office, e-mail, etc.
Strong Communication Skills
Ability to articulate ideas clearly and listen to customer needs.

Preferred Skills

Sales Experience

Prior experience in design or high-end retail sales would be beneficial, even if it's not specifically in flooring.

Design Sensibility

An eye for design and an understanding of color coordination and aesthetics.

Attention to Detail

Problem-Solving Skills

Capability to address customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions.

Teamwork and Collaboration

Ability to work effectively with other team members and departments.

Basic Math Skills

Ability to perform basic calculations related to measurements and quantities.

Understanding of Industry Standards

A basic knowledge of industry standards and best practices in flooring installation and design.
