Job Description

A Private Hearing Healthcare Practice in the Oakhurst, NJ area is seeking a Part-Time Front Office Coordinator/Patient Care Specialist. Hours are Monday –Friday 8:30-1:30.

The Candidate must be/have:

  • Detail oriented and proficient in multi-tasking
  • Self-starter with eagerness to learn
  • Team player, upbeat and personable
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible, with the ability to adapt to changes in schedule or in job needs
  • Great customer service skills
  • Patient focused attitude

Responsibilities include:

  • Insurance verification and billing
  • Managing front desk and patient scheduling
  • Managing charts and scanning
  • Patient Recall
  • Corresponding with patients regarding hearing aid and appointment status
  • Maintain social networking sites
  • Coordinating practice marketing plan

SOLID computer skills a must! Must have a high school diploma or further.

Salary: $19.00 to $22.00 /hour
