A Private Hearing Healthcare Practice in the Oakhurst, NJ area is seeking a Part-Time Front Office Coordinator/Patient Care Specialist. Hours are Monday –Friday 8:30-1:30.
The Candidate must be/have:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities include:
- Insurance verification and billing
- Managing front desk and patient scheduling
- Managing charts and scanning
- Patient Recall
- Corresponding with patients regarding hearing aid and appointment status
- Maintain social networking sites
- Coordinating practice marketing plan
SOLID computer skills a must! Must have a high school diploma or further.
