POSITION OVERVIEW
The Programming, Data and Application Administrator will provide analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing software applications with primary responsibility for the Fiserv DNA banking system, maintain/support internally developed HCL Notes applications, and work with M365/ SharePoint/ Power Platform.
ESSENTIAL ROLES
- Responsible for Fiserv DNA4 core banking software.
- Install upgrades and perform tests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage the server environment, and supportive software necessary for DNA4.
- Address needed modifications or enhancements in a timely manner, document all changes or problems related to the system and provide training and written documentation for Home Office staff and end users.
- Responsible for performing end of month, end of quarter, and end of year processing.
- Continually work toward automation and streamlining these processes in effort to reduce required time spent performing each function.
- Provide more ability for stakeholders to independently run and process reports.
- Responsible for maintaining the Oracle database software, including applying upgrades/patches, monitoring of table space to achieve acceptable DASD utilization, coordinating project DASD usage for the future, ensuring proper backup and archiving of data, cleaning or purging of outdated data.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of two-year degree or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field or its equivalent in work experience

Minimum two years of technology experience, including hardware/software installation and maintenance experience.

Knowledge of computer principles and techniques necessary to support and document software applications, as well as windows servers, Active Directory, and Powershell.
- Knowledge of relational database principles, programming languages, operating systems and their toolsets. Prefer experience with the Oracle Database software, Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, T-SQL Server and HCL Notes.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 development platforms such as SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps preferred.
