Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented individual with the ability to multi-task while providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience with adaptability and be comfortable in a fast paced environment. This position will be a central position in our Jewelry Loan department. Our mission is to provide the best pawnbroking experience to everyone who connects with us and we are looking for a new team member who can demonstrate that statement. Duties include:
- Jewelry evaluation/ Sales
- Loan processing
- Data entry
- Cash transactions
- Friendly customer support - in person and over the phone
- Light cleaning
Requirements
- Must have general computer skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in U.S.
- Organized, with attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to multitask and be detail oriented
- Customer service experience a plus, but not required – ability to SMILE is a good start
- Basic math is needed - such as addition, subtraction, etc
- Ability and willingness to learn jewelry evaluation
- Resume must show a stable work experience
- Willing to undergo background check

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
