Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Tile Installers/Carpenters to join our team in the restoration industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks, including water damage restoration and flooring installation. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to read and interpret schematics. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and construct frameworks, structures, and fixtures according to specifications.
- Perform water damage restoration tasks, ensuring all repairs meet industry standards.
- Install flooring, siding, and plaster as needed on various projects.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively to complete carpentry tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with other construction site personnel to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools commonly used in carpentry.
- Strong understanding of the restoration industry, particularly in water damage restoration.
