What are the responsibilities and job description for the Power Apps Developer position at American Process Management?
American Process Management (APM) is seeking a Power Apps Developer to improve and maintain Power App driving Fortune 500 client processes. APM uses proprietary processes to bring real-time analytics and financial analysis to large-scale projects ranging from $100 million to over $3 billion in total cost.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps, including Canvas, Power Pages/Portal, and Model-driven apps.
- Integrate Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
- Utilize Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) to create automated workflows between apps and services.
- Customize and extend Power Apps functionalities using PowerFX, JavaScript, .NET, JSON, HTML, CSS and other relevant technologies.
- Define, articulate, and apply software architecture and data infrastructure principles.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency in SQL, with experience working with large, complex datasets and performing ETL processes
- Experience with Microsoft technologies
- Customer engagement experience, ability to develop relationships and understand customer needs
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or relevant field
- Ability to work with ambiguous and/or limited requirements
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible, and receptive to constructive feedback
- Experience building model driven applications in Power Apps
