The Sales Manager isthe key in assisting the store manager to ensuring that we meet that goal. The Sales Manager isresponsible for overall profitability, people development, and driving the selling experience. The SalesManager achieves assigned goals and objectives in a timely and accurate manner, keeping their StoreManager partnered in on challenges and opportunities. They represent the Company Vision, Values andBrand in their store. The Sales Manager has a broad range of executive responsibility in store operations.
Here is a summary of some of the functions you the Sales Manager will perform:
- Assists in the hiring, training, leading and retaining of high quality team members who exhibit passion, energy and enthusiasm
- Assists Store Manager to ensure a deep talent bench by continuously developing internal talent, as well as attracting external talent
- Provides coaching to assigned sales team members that will lead to improved sales and profit results
- Uses metrics to coach the proper behaviors needed to be a world class selling organization
- Leads the weekly sales and training meetings covering both corporate individual store needs
- Plan to ensure there is never a vacancy in any key sales position
- Utilizes Sales Training to keep the sales team ahead of the curve on product knowledge, selling skills and operational efficiencies
- Ability to resolve conflict among team members and build a cohesive team
- Partners with the Human Resources team to stay on top of all training, development and legal requirements
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
The ideal candidate will have, among other skills and abilities:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Proven negotiation and analytical skills with professional business acumen
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

Pay: $83,000.00 - $97,000.00 per year

- Holidays
