Windows SME (Intune and Azure)

Overview:

Seeking an accomplished Windows Subject Matter Expert (Intune and Azure).

*** Location: Sacramento, CA (hybrid role)

*** Duration: 12 months contract w/ possibility of extensions

Notes:

• Work hours: candidate must work 8:00am 5:00pm Pacific Time business hours.

Description:

• Assist in Microsoft Windows 11 migrations and utilizing Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Intune to manage Windows 11 devices.
• Work directly with the department staff on all programs and projects dealing Microsoft Windows 11 migrations, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune and manage Windows 11 devices.
• Contractor will coordinate activities with the project team, and other resources.
• Configure settings in Microsoft Intune and Azure consoles.
• Configure Windows 11 client computers and virtual machines.
• Configure iPhone and MacOS devices.
• Configure applications and software for deployment to Window 11, MacOS, and iOS via Intune.

Qualifications:

• Consultant shall possess certification in Microsoft, Microsoft Intune, and Azure.
• Must have at least five years of experience Journeyman level designing, and maintaining a high-performance, high-availability Subject Matter Expert 3 IT consultant in Microsoft Windows migrations, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune and manage Windows device (Mac and iOS).
• Experience involving and supporting Microsoft Windows 11 migrations.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Azure: In Azure Active Directory creating and maintaining accounts, groups, and policies.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune: to manage Windows 11 devices and Mac and IOS devices.
• Minimum of five years of experience, at Journeyman level designing, and maintaining a high-performance, high availability.
• Minimum of five years of experience with Microsoft Windows and recent experiences in Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Minimum of five years of experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Minimum of five years of experience with creating and maintaining accounts, groups, and policies in Azure Active Directory.
• Minimum of five years of experience working Office 365 Admin Center.
• Minimum of five years of experience with helpdesk support environment and providing customer support.
• Minimum of five years installing, replacing, and troubleshooting IT equipment including but not limited to desktops, laptops, and smart phones.
