Early Career CAD Detailer

Job Description

We are seeking an Early Career CAD Detailer to join our Orlando team. Our company specializes in designing, building, and installing HVAC systems for large commercial facilities. Applicants should have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam. Experience in HVAC design or sheet metal shops is beneficial.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and modify CAD drawings for HVAC systems while collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
• Update HVAC drawings based on feedback and maintain organized digital files related to designs.
• Ensure drawings meet industry standards and assist in resolving design issues.
• Stay updated on HVAC codes and standards and create necessary project documentation and specifications.
• Engage in training to enhance CAD skills and HVAC knowledge.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Basic skills in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems.
• HVAC construction or sheet metal experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to take direction effectively.
