Job Description:
The part time Maintenance Associate will be responsible for maintaining a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled self-storage facility for approximately 15-30 hours every week in the Athens/Oconee area. This includes working on a flexible weekly schedule.
The position entails (but not limited to) performing the following tasks: Groundskeeping, cleaning storage units, package mgmt., maintaining hallways and elevators. Additional responsibilities include, operating a floor scrubber, backpack blower and pressure washing. This position requires the candidate to be on their feet and does require some lifting.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of maintenance experience. The candidate must be professional, organized and possess the ability to communicate well with the office manager and customers.
Patience, a friendly disposition and a good attitude are expected. We are looking for an energetic person who can multi-task and prioritize job responsibilities, is punctual, accountable and can be trusted to handle a high level of responsibility.
