Job Details
Duties:
- Responsible for recruiting research participants, coordinating research logistics and supporting the team in research operations activities. Specifically:
- Recruit & schedule research participants in the US, Canada, and select European countries.
- Coordinate research participant compensation
- Coordinate logistical needs for research studies (e.g., set up MIRO boards, set up and test research equipment, set up digital or physical observation rooms)
- Communicate with regional store operations leaders and store employees
- Track the progress on current and incoming research requests
- Coordinate research team travel & logistics
- Coordinate participant consent forms and data usage reviews
- Implement participant tracking & communications processes using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Requirements:
- Strong Microsoft Outlook skills for managing emails and scheduling, experience with Microsoft Teams for video calls and producing Microsoft Teams Live events is a plus
- Experience working on or with a research team or research environment (doesn t necessarily have to be UX research)
- Strong project management, documentation and organizational skills
- Experience recruiting and scheduling research participants
- A strong communicator, in both written and verbal formats
- Experience using UX tools (e.g., Miro, Figma, Jira)
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or similar software
