- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. No Call.
- Job Setting: Clinic
- Types of Cases: Standard Primary Care, All Ages
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
- Must have an active Minnesota state license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
- Must have an active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
