Fence Installer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction techniques and be proficient in the installation of different types of fencing. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. As a Fence Installer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the safety, privacy, and aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties.

Responsibilities

• Install various types of fencing including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental metal.
• Measure and mark fence lines accurately to ensure proper placement.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, assembling, and installing fence materials.
• Perform concrete finishing tasks for setting fence posts securely.
• Conduct landscape maintenance around installed fences to ensure a clean finish.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations on fencing options.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation processes.

Experience

• Proven experience in fence installation or related construction fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with concrete forming and finishing techniques is highly desirable.
• Skills in masonry work are a plus for creating sturdy foundations for fences.
• Ability to weld is beneficial for metal fence installations.
• Experience with hardscape projects will enhance your capability in this role.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the construction industry is essential.
• Frame carpentry experience will be advantageous for building custom fence designs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
