Lead Reliability Engineer
Amotec is actively seeking candidates for a Lead Reliability Engineer opportunity. Located near Hartford, CT our client is poised for substantial growth with opportunities for advancement within this industry leader. The Lead Reliability will be a very dynamic position, responsible for working directly with customers, offering technical solutions on existing equipment and processes, while building long-term relationships. Our client offers a competitive base salary along with bonus, car allowance, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and life insurance.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Review maintenance strategies with customers to promote existing relations to support additional services, driving repair opportunities
- Travel to customer sites to identify issues, address and provide support, creating additional sales
- Review customers Preventative & Predictive maintenance programs while making suggestions to process improvements to reduce downtime
- Partner with the Division Sales Manager, assisting customers with troubleshooting and handle real time situations with equipment
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree required in a Technical field
- Preventative & Predictive Maintenance, CNC, Lean Six Sigma or TQM experience
- Experience in reliability work, project management, field service work or machine design for manufacturing
- Ability to travel 40-50% of the time
- Military background or Aerospace manufacturing experience is a strong plus
