The AMSOIL Strategic Planning Team is looking for a Project Management Intern for Summer 2025. The summer internship program typically begins after spring semester and ends before the start of the fall semester. This position reports on-site to the AMSOIL Center in Superior, Wisconsin.\n\nCore Responsibilities : \n\nAssist with Project Planning and Execution\n
- Helping to create project plans, timelines, and schedules. You may assist in defining the scope of the project, identifying key milestones, and setting deadlines.\n
- Monitoring and updating project progress to ensure it stays on track using project management software (like Monday or MS Project).\n
- Keeping accurate records of all project-related documents, including meeting notes, budgets, timelines, and status updates.\n\nProcess Development\n
- Assist with mapping current processes. Designing, documenting, and implementing process improvements using strategies like Value Stream Mapping.\n\nCoordinate Team Communication\n
- Acting as a point of contact between different team members, stakeholders, or departments.\n
- Organizing meetings with team members or clients, ensuring the right people are involved, and preparing agendas and meeting materials.\n
- Compiling key project info into a presentation so leaders can make quick decisions.\n\nGathering and Analyzing Data\n
- Collecting data on the project’s performance, including key metrics like timeline adherence, budget status, and deliverable completion rates.
You may assist in analyzing this data and making recommendations based on the findings.\n
