As the founding business development representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, tasked with qualifying leads and creating opportunities for the sales team to close deals. - 1 years of experience in sales, customer success, hospitality, banking, vc, consultancy or at a startup
- Fintech or startup experience strongly preferredÂ
- Problem-solver who navigates the unknown confidently
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year universityÂ
- Proactive self-starter who thrives in dynamic settings.Â

Responsibilities:Â
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through both inbound qualification and outbound outreach.
- Qualify leads using a consultative approach to uncover pain points and match them with solutions.Â
- Expand the sales pipeline by executing both warm and cold outbound campaigns.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and add them to the outreach list.Â
- Work directly with CEO and co-founders to scale businessÂ
