Join our team as a Sales Associate!
Our business is booming, and we're searching for a talented individual to help us keep up with the demand from both new and existing customers.
No previous sales experience is required; however, it would be helpful. As our Jr. Sales Associate, we'll provide you with in-house training and mentorship to ensure your success.
You'll learn how to address customer needs, build relationships, and close deals. With a competitive salary and uncapped earning potential, we're invested in helping you grow in this industry.
Salary Incentives Range: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Base commission
Sales Associate Requirements
- Strong interest in a sales career - Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Willingness to obtain your Property & Casualty license
- Upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency
- U.S. work authorization (required)

Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program
- Maintain knowledge of new products
- Create client relationships with follow-up phone calls
- Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection
