What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Night Auditor position at Anadi Hotels?
We are seeking hardworking, dedicated, service-oriented associates!
*This is a full time position:
Night Audit Shift - 11pm-7am
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain complete knowledge at all times of: Hotel features/services, hours of operations, Room rates, special packages and promotions, daily house count and expected arrivals/departures and scheduled daily group activities
- Process all guest check-ins, verify registration card information with the guest.
- Monitor, send and distribute guest faxes
- Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments/personnel (i.e., special requests, amenity delivery)
- Closing, balancing and making necessary corrections to guest accounts.
- Counting and balancing cash, credit cards and direct bill accounts.
- Investigation or analyzing out‐of‐balance situations and making adjustments or corrections as needed.
- Completing various computer audit reports.
Required Experience:
In addition to the core job requirements, skill sets and work related experience: the ideal Front Desk Night Auditor must have:
- Previous Hotel Front Desk experience a plus
- Proficiency with computers a must
- Basic math skills
- Great communication skills both verbal and written.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Ability to input and access information in the property management system/computers/point of sales system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
