Test Automation Engineer (eInfochips Inc)
Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing:

• Will work in team for functional/regression test automation of Web application and Cloud APIs.
• Will be responsible for setting up CI/CD pipeline for test automation executions.
• Will be responsible for understanding and enhancing test automation framework.
• Collaborate with all disciplines of various business units with major focus on cross-product test requirements.
• Will be responsible for coordination with Customer and other stakeholders.
• Will be participating in PI planning, sprint planning and User Story grooming sessions.
• Will be responsible for the on-time completion of testing activities for every scheduled release. Review the progress with customer verification Lead and define corrective measures if necessary.
• Will be responsible for collecting, tracking and monitoring KPIs/Metrics; identify and analyse improvement opportunities, implement improvement strategies.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong experience in Automation Testing.
• Have hands-on experience of functional & non-functional testing in a professional software development environment.
• Good working knowledge of automation frameworks for UI & API testing.
• Automation Experience and Knowledge of popular scripting languages (Selenium-C#/Java, etc.)
• Should have knowledge or hands-on experience of AI/ML.
• Work with Agile and CI/ CD methodology.
• Excellent analytical skills, open, proactive, results oriented, self-organized and self-motivated.
• Exceptional communication skills, working with a broad range of people, including Product Owners, System Testers & Product Support across sites.
• Hands-on experience of functional and non-functional testing on client-server/distributed systems/cloud computing on a commercial scale.
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure platforms

Work Arrangement Fully On-Site: Must be able to travel to an Arrow Client office location as requested by Arrow Client leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$110,000 - $130,000
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
