Job description
We're starting to ramp up for Holiday Season. We are looking to hire over 20 AWESOME TEAM MEMBERS!
Base Requirements:
- Must have experience in Serving. We have hours available for great servers.
- Your serving experience needs to be very recent.
- Availability to work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This doesn't mean that you will be scheduled to work all of those days, but the availability needs to be there.
- TABC and Food Safety Certified

Summary
As a Server, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will utilize your core skills in POS systems, food service, and food safety to take orders and serve food efficiently. Your premium skills in time management and upselling will enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales. With a background in the food industry and relevant experience in guest services and food preparation, you will contribute significantly to our restaurant's success in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, including Aloha or Micros.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met while handling and serving food.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and assist with bussing tables as needed.
